John has been helping people and businesses with their finances for 40+ years.  While specializing in retirement and estate planning, he has helped clients in a wide variety of situations.  He is the Founder and President of JFR Financial Services, Inc.  He is an RIA registered with the SEC.  In addition to his MBA and CFP, John has his Finra Series, 7, 24, 65 and 63 licenses as well as life, health, disability and annuities.  He has 35+ years of tax preparation.  He enjoys public speaking, teaching and pulpit supply.  John is a Christian and the author of  "A View from the Back Row.

Craig Sawicki

LaSalle St. Securities, Registered Representative

Craig has 30+ years of accounting and financial planning experience. He specializes in taxes and retirement planning.  Craig has a BBA and is licensed with FINRA Series 7, 63 as well as insurance and annuities.  He enjoys helping individuals and businesses develop a follow plans leading to financial independence. 

Vicki Milosch

Coordinator, Investments & Portfolio Strategies

Vicki joined JFR financial after a career at Monroe Bank & Trust.  Most recently she was Second Vice President, Portfolio Manager in the trust department.  She is a Certified Funds Specialist (CFS), from the Institute for Business and Finance, and from the CFA institute in 2017 she was awarded an Investment Foundations Certificate.  She received her BBA with emphasis in Marketing from the University of Toledo and a Certificate of Financial Planning from Bowling Green University. 

Vicki is passionate about helping clients work towards developing and working towards their financial goals.

In her spare time, she can be found enjoying sailing, golfing and biking.  She is also a “foodie” and loves to prepare feasts for family and friends.

Amy Strzesinski

Director of Operations

Amy brings more than 27 years of solid experience in the financial industry.  She developed and managed Monroe Bank and Trust's customer service center!  Additionally she has experience in auditing, coaching and compliance.  Amy is taking on the position of Director of Operations.  In her new role she will continue to improve our operations and service platform.  In her free time she enjoys being with her husband and 3 sons, as well as spending time at their property up north!

Lindsey Copple

Client Services Analyst

Lindsey has a BBA from Wayne State University with a major in Accounting. She works with clients everyday addressing a wide range of financial concerns, offering clarity and support.  She enjoys building/maintaining strong client relationships. Lindsey plays a key role in managing day-to-day business operations. 

Debbie Alfonsi

Executive Assistant

Debbie also comes to us from the legal environment. In addition to her extensive legal, administrative and client services experiences Debbie is an experienced bookkeeper. We rely on her for all of these skills as she helps you and works on a variety of "special projects."

Myra McInerney

Client Services Representative

Myra's entire career is devoted to serving and helping others.  She is a licensed Social Worker and has created programs ranging from horseback riding programs for handicapped children to creating and managing spiritual, educational and recreational programs for all ages.  Many of you know her as the recently retired Community Activities Manager at Henry Ford Village.  JFR Financial is lucky to have her with us three days a week.  Myra's focus will be on helping clients understand their service platform and assisting them with service issues.

CJ

Social Chairman

CJ joined JFR in May 2019 after a couple years as a "Show Dog."  He is a little timid, which keeps him close to John, who is CJ's #1.  BUT!  He continues to grow into his role as Social Chairman.
